About Me
I am an Integrative Health Practitioner, Pilates and Barre instructor, wife and mum of 3 little people with an added bonus, my step daughter.
I too have struggled with the stress and pain of health issues so I understand where you're at. My path back to balance and health wasn’t an easy one but one I am grateful for because it brought me to this point. I have not only learned what it takes to optimise health and life but I have the passion, knowledge and experience to help you as well.
We all have a story.
This is mine.
Before stepping into my role as a Integrative Health Practitioner I was a stay at home mum, who worked extremely hard to keep my children’s health on track through clean eating, optimal sleep, exercise, regular wellness checks and limited screen time. As a young adult I followed my passion for performing and for the next decade toured Australia, New Zealand and Asia extensively in Musical Theatre in productions such as Chicago, Grease and Saturday Night Fever to name a few. It was a career that allowed me to move my body, see the world and make many beautiful life long friends and also saw me dabble in some tv and film.
Growing up in the southern beaches of Sydney meant my days were spent outside running around, swimming, boating and bush walking, along with endless dance classes which was my love. My father valued time in nature and my mum prioritised homemade meals and spending time as a family, so you could say I came from good health foundations.

The health issues I faced.
My early thirties saw marriage and a return to Sydney to start a family. Unfortunately, not everything went to plan when a trip to the gynaecologist left me with a scary diagnosis. This drove me to dig deep into my health and put me on my path to wellness.
Falling pregnant was yet another health obstacle that had me doing whatever it took to conceive, which after a couple of years became a dream come true. Yet parenting was certainly a rocky ride for me in those early years. After back to back babies I was depleted in every way possible and kept myself functioning by dosing up on sugar. My third baby at 40, was an unexpected surprise which again entered me into ‘no sleep land’ just as I thought I was coming up for air with my then 3 and 4 year old. So on the spinning wheel I once again jumped, only this time older and more exhausted!
I can certainly claim to have thrown any form of self care out the window during these early parenting years. I suffered all sorts of health complaints from adult acne, gut issues, depression and adrenal fatigue. A once dancer that no longer moved, fuelling my body with quick hits of sugar and no interests to satisfy the soul, I was a mess.
Profound learnings on the other side.
Moving forward to all 3 kids at school (and sleeping), it was time to invest in me again and follow my passion of health and wellness. I have been determined to heal myself naturally and get my health and life in order. I became a barre and pilates reformer instructor to get my body moving, studied with Dr Stephen Cabral to get my Integrative Health certification and began implanting my knowledge into my life.
I truly believe the greatest gift to ourselves is finding health. I understand how important well- being is to be able to thrive in life. Helping women create and maintain health through a holistic approach of body, mind, heart and soul brings me huge joy. I would love to help you too on your journey to wellness and discover the energy and vitality you are craving.
My Approach to Health
I consider health a product of our lifestyle choices, our connection to nature and the beliefs we hold. In our modern world we are faced with endless obstacles that disrupt our health. From the processed food we eat to artificial light, our sedentary lives, the toxins in our environment and the stress we are faced with daily, there is much holding us back from being the best version of ourselves.
Only a couple of generations ago life was more simple and our lifestyle complimented our biology. Through our pursuit for convenience we have moved away from what’s important and the solution to regaining our health is getting back to basics. It is within our power to make daily lifestyle choices that will bring us back to a place of vitality and abundant health.
The key is implementing small changes that over time have huge benefits. This is where I can help you. As your Integrative Health Practitioner it is my job to guide you in redesigning your lifestyle habits and create the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself where you glow from the inside out!
